How long does the process take?

For resin and pressed preservations, we usually say a 6-8 month turnaround time due to high-demand and a careful process that cannot be rushed. We promise, it will be worth it!

Can I add on to my order after I place my order through the website?

Yes, absolutely! Give us a call or send us an email and we would be happy to help you with that.

Floral preservation is usually so expensive! Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer payment plans through ShopPay as well as free shipping at checkout. We have worked hard over the years to proudly offer you high quality products that are also accessible. We offer competitive pricing within the floral preservation industry to ensure that you are able to easily fit our products into your wedding spending plan and not break the bank. Everyone should have the opportunity to preserve their memories–untouched by time. We love to offer an accessible, luxury experience to our clients!

Do you accept last minute orders?

Yes! We absolutely accept last minute orders. Our team is built to handle a high volume of orders and produce a high quality, handcrafted product. However, we do recommend to book as soon as possible for the low chance that we may book up.

What is the best way to contact you?

We recommend chatting with our cutting-edge AI associate, Bloom,  located on our website on the bottom right corner. To contact us at the studio we recommend giving us a call or sending us an email.

When will I receive updates on my preservation?

Every time we make progress on your order, you will receive an email immediately. When we change our internal status on your file, you will automatically receive an email that contains a video and written update from our team. You are welcome to reply to this email with any specific questions and our team will be sure to get back with you within 2-3 business days or as soon as possible.

Will my resin piece yellow over time?

Yes, even though we use a very high quality, UV resistant resin, all resin will usually amber over time. However, we think this looks similar to your flowers basking in a “golden hour” sunset.

Will my pressed flowers fade over time?

All pressed flowers are susceptible to fading over time. This is the natural aging process of flowers. If you choose to add on color correction, this will reduce this risk. We believe in the natural beauty of flowers here at Blossom & Rhyme and allowing nature to do what it does best.

How do I ship my flowers?

After placing an order, you will automatically receive shipping instructions. These instructions are also on our website. Click here to find them! Note: if shipping costs are too high to overnight your flowers, we have easy step-by-step flower drying instructions for you or a friend to dry the flowers for 3 weeks and ship them using ground shipping after they are dry!

Can I come visit the studio?

Yes! We would love to meet you! You can also drop off your flowers at our studio if you live near Chattanooga, TN. We have a storefront where you can also buy ready-made items and shop our Blossom & Rhyme merch.

6224 Airpark Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421

Do you work with old/air-dried flowers?

Yes! About 20% of all of the flowers we receive are air-dried flowers. It’s time to dust off that bouquet that’s been hanging in your closet, drying in a vase or stuck in a keep-sake box. We love preserving air-dried flowers in resin. NOTE: we are not able to apply color correction to air-dried flowers and are not able to press air-dried flowers.

Do you offer replica preservations?

Yes! We do offer replica services. Please contact us and we’d love to work with you on this.

What preservation should I get?

Our most popular resin products are 10x10, 9” hexagon and clear tray. These products can accommodate most average size wedding bouquets. For pressed products, we recommend our 16x20” size as it is our most  popular size. For larger bouquets, we recommend a 12x12 resin block, side table and/or an 18x20 pressed piece. Our most popular add-ons are our ring holders and gold-filled necklaces.
