Orders

How long does the process take?

For resin and pressed preservations, we usually say a 6-8 month turnaround time due to high-demand and a careful process that cannot be rushed. We promise, it will be worth it!

Can I add on to my order after I place my order through the website?

Yes, absolutely! Give us a call or send us an email and we would be happy to help you with that.

Floral preservation is usually so expensive! Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer payment plans through ShopPay that are interest free.

When you use high-quality materials, have a team of 18+ and spend countless hours on each order, the price can add up.

  • We offer payment plans through ShopPay.
  • We offer free shipping at checkout.
  • Shipping your flowers can be expensive, this is why we have partnered with FedEx to get you the lowest rates possible to overnight your flowers to us! We have had some clients pay up to $800 on shipping their bouquet to us. Make sure to check out our exclusively priced Shipping Label!
  • We would recommend booking a small item and upgrading later if pricing is a concern.

We have worked hard over the years to proudly offer you high quality preservations that can also be affordable. Everyone should have the opportunity to preserve their memories–untouched by time. We love to offer an accessible, luxury experience to our clients!

Do you accept last minute orders?

Yes! We absolutely accept last minute orders. Our team is built to handle a high volume of orders and produce a high quality, handcrafted product. However, we do recommend to book as soon as possible for the low chance that we may book up.

Why can't I just DIY this?

While you could attempt to do this, we highly suggest not attempting to preserve your own special event flowers with no prior experience. As biased as this may sound, the unfortunate reality is that we have received so many emails over the past 4+ years from clients who have accidently ruined their own flowers or trusted a company with little to no professional experience. If you do attempt resin preservation or artwork of any kind, we highly recommend investing in the right PPE equipment, tools and materials to keep you and your surroundings safe. It is also very easy to press flowers the incorrect way which results in molding. If you want to experiment, we recommend starting out with pressing wildflowers in books!

Products

Will my resin piece yellow over time?

Yes, even though we use a very high quality, UV resistant resin, all resin will usually amber over time. However, we think this looks similar to your flowers basking in a “golden hour” sunset. If you are concerned about this, we would recommend adding on a black background. A black background will hide most if not all yellowing that will occur over time. Yellowing is most noticeable from the sides of your preservation.

Will my flowers fade over time?

All pressed and resin flowers are susceptible to fading. Pressed flowers typically fade faster than resin preserved flowers. We do use UV-resistant products to ensure this process is slowed as much as possible. This is the natural aging process of flowers. If you choose to add on color correction, this will reduce this risk. Color correction is only available for resin products at this time. We believe in the natural beauty of flowers here at Blossom & Rhyme and allowing nature to do what it does best.

How do I ship my flowers?

If you plan on shipping your flowers to us, we highly recommend buying our Overnight Shipping Label . We partnered with FedEx to get the best rates we could for our clients. This is not something we profit off of. It is simply another way we have worked towards our mission statement of being accessible while offering luxurious quality. Once you add your products to your cart, you can add this on at checkout. You will receive an email with further instructions on your shipping label. You will have a QR code that FedEx will scan at time of shipment.

After placing an order, you will automatically receive shipping instructions that will be attached to your order confirmation email. These instructions are also on our website. Click here to find them! We do have flower drying instructions available for those who are unable to get their flowers in the mail within 3 days after the event.

Can I come visit the studio?

Yes! We would love to meet you! You can also drop off your flowers at our studio if you live near Chattanooga, TN. You can buy exclusive, ready-made items and shop our Blossom & Rhyme merch.

6224 Airpark Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421

Do you work with old/air-dried flowers?

Yes! About 20% of all of the flowers we receive are air-dried or pre-dried flowers. It’s time to dust off that bouquet that’s been hanging in your closet, drying in a vase or stuck in a keep-sake box. We love preserving air-dried flowers in resin. NOTE: we are not able to apply color correction to air-dried flowers and are not able to press air-dried flowers.

Do you offer replica preservations?

Yes! We do offer replica bouquet options. If we have your flowers in stock, we can source them from our dried-flower stock. If we do not have them in stock, we recommend contacting your favorite florist to make a replica fresh bouquet to send to us and preserve. The bouquet only needs to be stems of flowers because we will take the bouquet apart once it gets to teh studio. Please contact us and we’d love to work with you on this. contact@blossomandrhyme.com
