As the CEO of Blossom & Rhyme, Rachael is dedicated to driving innovation, leading experience-driven marketing, and fostering a dynamic, creative team culture. What started as a small business out of a bedroom in her home, turned into a 6,000 sq/ft studio and a team of talented artists after years of hard work. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four pets, cooking, and planning her next getaway to St. Martin.

Rebecca’s passion for Blossom & Rhyme extends beyond being Rachael’s mother — she has a genuine love for each and every client. With a keen eye for detail, she ensures that no element is ever overlooked. A survivor of a major brain tumor successfully removed years ago, Rebecca brings resilience and heart to everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, designing her rental cabin, and constantly exploring new ways to elevate the beauty of pressed floral pieces

Felicity has been an integral part of Blossom & Rhyme since 2022, bringing a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship to every order. Her dedication and attention to detail earned her a promotion to Quality Control Lead in 2024. Outside of work, Felicity enjoys relaxing with a cup of tea, knitting, and listening to audiobooks

Tori is the voice of Blossom & Rhyme! If you’ve ever connected with us by phone, chances are you’ve had the pleasure of speaking with her. With her warm and understanding personality, Tori is dedicated to ensuring every client has a seamless and memorable experience — from the moment their flowers arrive to the excitement of unboxing. Outside of work, Tori enjoys spending time with her family and husband, Max, and has a special talent for nurturing houseplants.

Kylie, an artist by nature, is an essential part of the heart and soul of Blossom & Rhyme. As a talented member of the resin department, she has created hundreds of stunning floral preservations. It’s not a day at Blossom & Rhyme without hearing her contagious laugh! In her free time, Kylie loves spending time in nature, painting, and hanging out with her fiancé, Nathan

Madelyn has been part of Blossom & Rhyme since the very beginning, supporting her sister Rachael through every stage of the journey. She now leads the pressed department, combining her talent as an artist with thoughtful, encouraging leadership. Outside of work, Madelyn loves going to concerts with her boyfriend, Logan, hiking, and spending time with her two dogs, Kiki and Bambi.

Leah is a creative and thoughtful resin artist who has been a valued member of the Blossom & Rhyme team for years. While currently pursuing her studies to become an ultrasound technician, she remains deeply dedicated to preserving your flowers with care and artistry. In her free time, Leah enjoys all things fall, Halloween, and spending time with her dog, Vader

Brooke is a kind and calming presence here at Blossom & Rhyme, and her sweet heart shines through in everything she does. As a talented artist, she creates stunning designs and skillfully color corrects flowers to bring out their natural beauty. In her free time, Brooke enjoys curling up with a good book and spending time with her dog.

Brennan has been a sunshine to everyone at Blossom and Rhyme since her first day! Her position ensures that we are running smoothly in every area of the studio by helping wherever it is most needed. She enjoys hanging out with friends in the summer when she is not working.

Diana is passionate about creating a consistent and beautifully branded presence across all of our social media platforms. With her background in photography, she captures stunning images that bring our products to life and reflect the heart of what we do. Originally from Ukraine, she brings a unique creative perspective to the team. Outside of work, she’s currently engaged and enjoying this special season of life.

Eilin, Rachael’s husband’s aunt, is a gifted Norwegian artist with decades of painting experience. She is the incredible talent behind each of our custom bouquet paintings, capturing the beauty and emotion of every arrangement with remarkable care and artistry. Eilin approaches each piece with patience, precision, and a deep love for her craft, ensuring every client receives a one-of-a-kind keepsake. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, baking delicious treats, and spending meaningful time with her family

Casey is a vital part of our pressed flower team, known for her kind personality and uplifting presence that brighten everyone’s day. She has a true talent for creating stunning pressed flower frames, turning each piece into a meaningful work of art. In her free time, Casey loves spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.

Elaine is dedicated to ensuring every pressed piece she creates is crafted to perfection. An artist in her own right outside of Blossom & Rhyme, she brings creativity and care to everything she touches. We are incredibly grateful to have her joyful personality, loving spirit, and thoughtful acts of service on our team. In her free time, Elaine enjoys fishing and spending relaxing days at the lake

Townsend is our talented shipping and packaging specialist, ensuring every package is carefully protected during transit. We admire her dedication to her goals and commitment to excellence in everything she does. In her free time, Townsend enjoys spending time with her dog, watching Survivor, and visiting coffee shops.

Katie is one of the newest members of our team and has transitioned seamlessly into her role as a full-time resin artist. Her attention to detail, commitment to a clean workspace, and creative spirit shine through in everything she does. In her free time, Katie enjoys going for runs, reading, and going to the movies.

Harley is Rachael’s sweet dog who’s a beloved part of the Blossom & Rhyme team, coming to work with her throughout the week. This four-year-old shepherd mix with striking icy blue eyes has an important job: bringing smiles to everyone she meets. In her free time, Harley loves going to the lake, keeping her two cat brothers in line, and watching geese.
